Israel has snatched one of the biggest Palestinian land plots in the involved West Bank, an Israeli watch dog has said in an announcement taking after the disclosure by the Israeli Army Radio.
The counter settlement NGO Peace Now said on Tuesday that the Israeli government has seized 234 hectares of area in a territory south of Jericho on March 10.
The gathering included that gets ready for growing adjacent Jewish settlements and building tourism and other business offices in the region were at that point on Israel's planning phase.

Such an appointment would be the biggest since August 2014, and bigger than the 154 hectares zone that Israel first said in January it wanted to assign as government property close to the Dead Sea.

"The announcement, which is actually an appropriation, was implied for the development of close-by settlements and in addition for exchange and tourism ventures worked by the pioneers," Peace Now said in the announcement.
In October, Israel retroactively legitimized around 800 homes in four settlements in the involved West Bank, as indicated by the inside service.
