What is a blog

A blog is a frequently updated online personal journal or diary it is a place to express yourself to the world. A place to share your thoughts and passions. Really it anything you want it to be. For our purpose we'll say that a blog is your own website that you are going to update on an ongoing basis. Blog is a short form for the original word weblog and the two words are use interchangeable

Blog Terminology

Blog- a journal or a diary that is on the internet 

Blogger - a person who keeps a blog/owns the blog 

Originally blogs were known primarily as places for people to write about their day to day activities and politicians brought it to surface to pursue their political aims. But today people write about far more interesting topics, but we'll get to that in a minute. 

Who blogs

People of all size and age blogs now even you reading this am sure you have a blog. Blogging has become so easy that it has now become a hobby for people and a means to express themselves. 

Because of the large population of people on the blogging platform and

People joining and creating their blog. Amazing tools have been created that will allow anyone, even people with very little knowledge of a computer to have their own blog
