The great and pleasing news in Benin today is the abrogation, disbanding, sacking, outlawing, ousting, and banishing of all Community Development Associations (CDAs) activities in Edo Land, by Oba Ewuare N'Ogidigan, Oba of Benin. By this Act, all the operations of
CDA Chairmen and Youth Chairmen ceased to exist, including the collection of Development Fees, sales and marketing of Community land. Henceforth the Prescribed Authorities for sale and management of Community Affairs and land, shall be the Odiowere - in - Council and The Enogie. All Patrol men, Pointers, and CSOs should take note.
